Ed \u00e8 cos\u00ec che William Boyd \u00e8 stato intrappolato, con la convinzione che solo cos\u00ec potesse redimersi dagli errori del passato.<\/p>\n<p>Per questo il libro, prima ancora di essere considerato il prequel di un videogioco, narra la drammatica storia di una forte debolezza interiore, quella che disorienta e fa cadere chi soffre in una spirale da cui apparentemente non ci si pu\u00f2 rialzare. Nella scarsa lucidit\u00e0, esistono persone spietate, che afferrano i sentimenti degli altri e ci giocano, abbindolando e sottomettendo al proprio volere. Entrare a far parte di una setta \u00e8 una salvezza fasulla, che si trasforma presto in condanna e, quando ci si rende conto di questo, \u00e8 ormai tardi. Mary May rappresenta la forza per poterne uscire, ma solo al fianco di Will, che ha imparato a conoscere il culto, pu\u00f2 davvero vincere.<br \/>Urban Waite \u00e8 riuscito a creare una storia d&#8217;azione adrenalinica, senza per\u00f2 far passare in secondo piano i sentimenti: sono loro il vero moto della vicenda.<\/p>\n<p>Non \u00e8 obbligatorio leggere il libro prima di giocare a Far Cry 5, ma di certo gli appassionati non possono perdersi questa chicca, che \u00e8 in grado di catapultare con facilit\u00e0 nella giusta atmosfera.
