Ma, naturalmente, lei era convinta di sapere tutto. Si sentiva preparata ad affrontare qualsiasi cosa. Che atteggiamento arrogante! La desolazione che la avvolgeva come un mantello era inevitabile quanto il destino che la attendeva. \u00bb<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/a>La morte dei propri cari porta con s\u00e9 non solo un velo di disperazione, ma anche un sentimento d’ingiustizia e inspiegabilit\u00e0 che tormenta coloro che sono rimasti in vita.<\/div>\n
Questo \u00e8 ci\u00f2 che succede a Stephanie Patrick, che per superare la scomparsa dei genitori si lascia andare ad abitudini ben poco salutari.<\/div>\n
La vera adrenalina, per\u00f2, ricomincia a scorrerle in corpo quando le viene fatta una rivelazione inaspettata: la loro morte non \u00e8 stato un incidente, ma un vero e proprio attacco terroristico. Cos\u00ec, la disperazione lascia il posto alla vendetta.<\/div>\n

“Rhythm Section” giunge a me in un momento davvero curioso, proprio nello stesso periodo in cui mi sono dedicata alla visione di una serie coreana che ha alla base la stessa identica premessa: una morte ingiusta porta il protagonista ad indagare e andare alla ricerca della cellula terroristica che gli ha causato una forte perdita, per scoprirne gli scopi che spingono a prendere le vite degli altri senza alcun diritto.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u00c8 stato quindi interessante mettere a confronto le narrazioni, per poi convenire che da premesse identiche possono derivare storie diverse, originali e molto avvincenti. Questo perch\u00e9 ovviamente parliamo di culture molto diverse, che concepiscono le dinamiche sotto punti di vista differenti.<\/div>\n

I colpi di scena di questo libro non mancano di far rimanere il lettore in costante tensione, che ha sete di sapere e di rimanere sorpreso fino al colpo di scena successivo.<\/div>\n

La storia ha come punto forte una protagonista inusuale che ha un’evoluzione frenetica e intensa, data dallo scorrere del tempo e dagli avvenimenti che le sconvolgono la vita e che non le danno il tempo di fermarsi a ragionare davvero su ci\u00f2 che sta affrontando.<\/div>\n

Mark Burnell sembra davvero un esperto del genere, perch\u00e9 questo primo romanzo non d\u00e0 per nulla l’impressione di appartenere alla mano di uno scrittore alle prime armi, ma che anzi, sa domare la sua storia e condurre i lettori dove vuole lui.<\/div>\n

Sono davvero sollevata dal fatto che questo sia solo il primo di una serie ben pianificata dedicata al personaggio di Stephanie, una donna che ha ancora molto da raccontare e che sicuramente i lettori vogliono conoscere sempre pi\u00f9 in profondit\u00e0.<\/div>\n

\u201cRhythm Section\u201d \u00e8 un thriller insolito che indaga non solo le vicende esterne, ma che cura anche l’introspettiva e i sentimenti dei personaggi.<\/div>\n

Mi auguro che il film in uscita possa dare maggiore visibilit\u00e0 ad un autore tanto talentuoso quanto meritevole.<\/div>\n
