Per quel che mi riguarda ho un rapporto conflittuale, perch\u00e9 solo sotto specifiche vesti riesco davvero ad apprezzarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fortunatamente, posso dire che &#8220;I morti viventi&#8221; rientra nelle opere che alimentano positivamente l&#8217;interesse verso tale genere, facendomelo osservare sotto una prospettiva differente, che ha saputo farmi riflettere sulla mia posizione in merito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Il romanzo scritto da Romero, e portato a conclusione da Daniel Kraus, \u00e8 un meraviglioso e dettagliato affresco di una storia che parrebbe in apparenza classica, ripetitiva, gi\u00e0 scritta e riscritta, ma che pian piano svela tutti gli assi nella manica che hanno reso il maestro grande, calando il lettore in un&#8217;atmosfera da brividi che fa raggelare il sangue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sensazioni che accompagnano gli ignari personaggi verso la scoperta di qualcosa che parrebbe appartenere solo alla sfera fantastica, ma che prende sempre pi\u00f9 piede, assumendo la forma di veri e propri morti che tornano alla vita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Negli anni la figura dello zombie ha preso sempre pi\u00f9 piede anche a livello mediatico, grazie a prodotti meritevoli che hanno avuto, attraverso diversi canali, un successo mondiale che perdura ancora dopo anni. Si pensa, quindi, di avere ormai esperienza con loro e di essere sicuri di saperne tutto e di non potersi pi\u00f9 sorprendere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eppure, scoprirete subito quanto questa opinione sia sbagliata, perch\u00e9 questo incredibile romanzo sollever\u00e0 di peso ogni certezza scaraventandola lontano, ribaltando ogni situazione ovvia in qualcosa di mai visto e che prenderebbe alla sprovvista chiunque, anche il pi\u00f9 esperto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;opera di Romero nutre l&#8217;animo portando a superare i propri limiti e soddisfacendo, per essere riusciti nell&#8217;impresa di portare a termine una lettura mastodontica fisicamente e mentalmente. Questa \u00e8 una lettura che a mio parere va centellinata, per non accorgersi dello scorrere del tempo e delle pagine, assumendo sempre pi\u00f9 ritmo, fino alla sua inevitabile conclusione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ogni elemento, dalle descrizioni, alla trama, ai personaggi, sono dannatamente curati e interessanti: ognuno di questi fa capire quanto davvero sia arduo scrivere un libro, che contiene infine ogni sforzo protratto e ogni pensiero versato su carta, rimodellato, eliminato e approvato che sia.<br><br>&#8220;I morti viventi&#8221; sar\u00e0 di certo amato da tutti coloro che gi\u00e0 apprezzano l&#8217;horror ma soprattutto da chi, a prescindere dal genere, sente il bisogno di farsi trasportare dalle emozioni senza controllo, provando le stesse anche una volta che si \u00e8 usciti dal mondo su carta nel mondo reale.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Quando si pensa agli horror e agli zombie, si sa quanto George Romero sia un caposaldo di questo genere tanto amato o odiato.
