Sono rimasta lontana da tutto. Trailer, immagini di promozione, cast. Quando c’\u00e8 in ballo la reputazione di uno dei libri che pi\u00f9 hanno significato per te, la paura \u00e8 perfettamente normale.<\/div>\n
Ma il giorno \u00e8 giunto: il 30 Aprile \u00e8 iniziata la serie tv “American Gods”, adattamento del romanzo di Neil Gaiman, scrittore britannico e mio maestro di vita.<\/div>\n

Il detenuto Shadow Moon ha quasi finito di scontare la pena per cui era in prigione. Finalmente, dopo anni, potr\u00e0 riabbracciare la moglie. Ma mai avrebbe immaginato di essere rilasciato con qualche giorno d’anticipo per poter partecipare al suo funerale.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Per delle fortuite coincidenze, durante il viaggio l’uomo fa la conoscenza del loquace Mr. Wendnesday, il quale gli propone di lasciare tutto e di lavorare per lui. Una certa sicurezza accompagna la sua proposta, come se fosse a conoscenza della vita di Shadow. In principio desiste, ma il lancio della moneta decide il corso del suo destino. Da quel momento, il mondo come lo conosceva cambier\u00e0 totalmente.<\/div>\n

Non ho potuto fare a meno di emozionarmi durante l’intera ora dell’episodio, non potevo chiedere altro se non ripercorrere le scene che a lungo albergavano nella mia testa e tra le righe del libro. Questa volta, almeno per il momento, non sento di dovermi lamentare per qualcosa, ma posso soltanto godermi la visione di un prodotto che, seppur riadattato, rimane fedele. Secondo le dichiarazioni di Gaiman, la serie tv sar\u00e0 un’occasione per inserire tutti gli elementi che ai tempi era stato costretto a tagliare dal manoscritto originale, come scene inedite e approfondimenti di personaggi secondari. Non posso fare a meno di essere curiosa.<\/div>\n

Gli attori scelti sono ben curati ed interpretano in maniera impeccabile i ruoli a loro affidati.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Come prima impressione posso assicurare che sia assolutamente positiva, attendo con impazienza il 7 maggio per poter proseguire la visione.<\/div>\n
