Ci dimentichiamo di volerci bene.<\/p>\n<p>Non \u00e8 un processo facile e Rachel \u00e8 la prima a dire che per certi ambiti ci vuole un&#8217;intera vita per migliorarsi, ma trasformare ogni giorno in una piccola vittoria \u00e8 il primo passo per crescere e formarsi. Anche chi, come lei, in apparenza possa sembrare avere una vita felice e perfetta, in realt\u00e0 passa le stesse incertezze di chiunque e, come lei stessa dice, ha passato un periodo lungo a scappare dai propri problemi anzich\u00e9 affrontarli. Sembrava pi\u00f9 facile nascondersi in una stanza buia, ma il peso alla fine era sempre l\u00ec e ogni giorno cresceva.<\/p>\n<p>Ci vuole coraggio per decidere di stare meglio e gi\u00e0 per questo bisogna guardarsi allo specchio e sorridersi. &#8220;La verit\u00e0 \u00e8 che non ti piaci abbastanza&#8221; \u00e8 un libro che ha saputo scavarmi dentro, riportando a galla questioni personali che credevo affossate, ma erano solo nascoste, dandomi degli spunti per ricominciare a migliorarmi, ad analizzare ogni aspetto della mia vita e metterlo sul piatto della bilancia.
