La regina del dark romance \u00e8 tornata in Italia con il quarto capitolo della serie Indebted, che vede Nila Weaver alle prese con un antico debito contratto con la famiglia Hawks.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Il mio rapporto con questa serie \u00e8 stato molto altalenante: inizialmente poco convincente, poi pi\u00f9 intrigante, poi di nuovo come all&#8217;inizio. Se si pensa a quanto irrealistico possa essere un debito vecchio di 600 anni, la storia non riesce ad avere basi solide. Ma superato lo scoglio del primo libro e diverse parti scritte solo per allungare il brodo e arrivare a comporre una serie di sei libri, non si pu\u00f2 rimanere del tutto indifferenti al rapporto che si crea tra Nila e Jethro, vittima e carnefice inizialmente, amanti successivamente.&nbsp;\u00c8 proprio alla loro dichiarazione che li abbiamo lasciati: ostacolati per l&#8217;ennesima volta dall&#8217;irruzione della polizia in casa Hawks, l&#8217;uomo riesce a far andare via Nila, che obbedisce senza mai voltarsi indietro.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Tutto questo non \u00e8 altro che una manovra di V. per trarre in salvo la sorella. Tornare a Londra, per lei, non rappresenta pi\u00f9 la libert\u00e0: il suo cuore \u00e8 rimasto a Hawksridge.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Un periodo ancora pi\u00f9 difficile attende Jethro, manipolato ancora una volta dal padre e costretto ad assumere costantemente una droga che lo porta a reprimere i suoi sentimenti e tornare il freddo calcolatore di un tempo. Spinto dalla vendetta, riporta con l&#8217;inganno la donna nella sua dimora, non per coronare il loro amore ma per farle pagare un terzo terrificante debito.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Quella di Jet e Nila \u00e8 una relazione tormentata e perseguitata: riuscir\u00e0 a resistere all&#8217;ennesima difficolt\u00e0?<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Ammetto che la prima parte del libro \u00e8 stata per me decisamente lenta, ma non posso negare che &#8220;Amami adesso&#8221; sia al momento il capitolo pi\u00f9 intenso della storia. Forse, infine, la Winters \u00e8 riuscita a inglobarmi davvero nel mondo da lei creato, facendomi provare ansia fino al cliffhanger dell&#8217;ultima pagina.
